About this house rental
A spacious 2500 sq. ft. home in North Conway! Nestled in the heart of the ski country, our home is perfectly located for the weekend break or a leisurely mid-week holiday. Close to the most popular local attractions, it offers the warmth of a chalet, with greater privacy and space.This home offers a great floor plan for vacation seekers. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with an open living dining and kitchen area.
Take a break on the expansive deck off the dining room. Kick back & relax by the stone fireplace in the enormous family room. There is also an extra bunk room downstairs for added guests, including another bath. our also abuts town conservation land for added privacy. Our finished basement is perfect for kids, and our yard and deck are great spots to relax. Feel at home with new leather couches, chairs new quality mattresses, high-end accessories, pool table and gas fireplace.

Our property is equipped with outdoor cameras. These cameras allow us to ensure cleaning and plowing services have been performed and the house is ready for our next guests. They are not monitored daily and not monitored for guest safety and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. The house is also equipment with noise level sensor called "NoiseAware", which is located inside / outside of the home. This sensor measures ambient decibel levels and protects guests and homeowner from possible unwarranted neighborhood complaints.

This home works well for a large group. We had 14 sleep comfortably! Plenty of space. The location is spot on. Very convenient to North Conway and Glen/Jackson. Check-in/out was a breeze. The owner is very accommodating. Kitchen stocked. Downside: not much food storage space or counter space. NOT a deal breaker. There were larger ants in the kitchen only. Looked like they were trying to address it with ant traps but not too successful. This is our 2nd year here...we will be back!
