About this house rental

Historical home, just steps to coffee, restaurants, shopping, golf, scenic train station, Saco River, Whitaker woods, trials and village center. Easy access to Ski MT's, outlets, and Mt. Washington valley. 6 BR's, sleeps 15 w/ 2 living rooms, stocked kitchen with double oven and large fireplace, dinning room, Pub, mud room, large fenced yard with Weber grill, fire pit and hot tub with views of Cranmore. Cozy, comfortable bedding and linens. 3 working gas fireplaces.

Two Living rooms, large kitchen and dining room. You can access all the Valley has to offering, in the summer, kayaking, tubing, lakes, falls, hiking, etc. In the winter, skiing, snowmobiling, snowshowing, skating, etc. All linens and towels provided. Total house Sleeps 15, 3 kings, 9 twins.

Good Neighbor Policy- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -NO EVENTS, EXTRA GUESTS, NO LATE NIGHTS, LOUD NOISE, OVER PARKING- NO FIREWORKS- MAX CARS 5. Regulating short term rentals is a concern for the town and It's important to respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of permanent residents. Surveillance Cameras Monitor for excessive parking, events and Sound Violations

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

Certain Weekends/Holidays may require 3 night Min Stays and rate adjustment

Directly in the village. Walking distance to over a dozens restaurants- like Hooligans, Flatbread, Horsefeathers, 3 breakfast spots, 3 bakery's, 3 coffee shops, ice cream, and dozens of stores, like the 5 and dime and Zebs.

A mile to Cranmore Ski Resort and a short drive to Attitash, Wild Cat, and Mt. Washington.

You are right on the main block within walking distance to dozens of attractions.

- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.

From June 15 to Labor Day, checkout is at 10 AM to allow enough time for cleaning and same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited cleaners, this helps ensure the property is ready and up to standard for incoming guests.

Great big house with plenty of room for 2-3 families. Hot tub was nice and convenient to walk to shops/restaurants.

We love this house!! Plenty of room for multiple families & the location can’t be beat! Was our second time at this property and everything was perfect! Scott checked in and made sure everything was ok upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend this home!

A nice spot convenient to downtown! The host was very responsive and the house was perfect for our us. It was spacious enough for a large family to spread out and enjoy!
