Directly in the village 7-8 bedrooms! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored to a wonderful home with hot tub,cozy beds/linens/furniture, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, game room, 5 baths, outdoor fenced yard, grill, firepit, & bar. WALK to award winning restaurants, coffee, ice cream, local shops, the village green, scenic train station, town rec center, golf, the Saco, hiking Whitaker Woods, Ski Museum, Cranmore. Close attractions, kyak, adventure/water park, 5 ski resorts, story land, rivers, etc
NO ADDITIONAL GUEST, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, without prior written approval. MUST HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND FOLLOW POSTED RULES for hot tub, fire pit and CHECK OUT.
PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

The village hosts several wonderful restaurants, breakfast spots, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream, a country club, scenic rail road, outdoor ice skating, a rec center and dozens of other stores and attractions. With in a mile of Cranmore Ski Resort and a short drive to Attitash, Wild Cat and Mt. Washington.
You are directly in the Village, so you can walk to several attrractions, and can access by bus.
Must follow check out procedures, which include stripping the beds, starting the laundry, cleaning dishes, and taking trash to the dumpster on property.
SUMMER CHECK OUT is 10am (June 15th to Labor Day)
Rates and min nights may need adjusting for seasonality.
- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, house rules and community regulations or risk loss of security deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.
- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.
- Pets NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
-No Fireworks (sparklers, snaps ok)
- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property
- Must follow parking and trash procedures
- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment
- Before Check out, you must strip sheets and start laundry with all dirty linens, start the dishwasher and bring trash to the dumpster down the road.

This was our second stay at the Otter House. It has been several years since our last stay. This house is perfect for large groups and is in an ideal location for enjoying all that North Conway has to offer. The kitchens are well-equipped. We stayed over the MLK weekend and knew the restaurants in town would all be packed, so we prepared breakfast and dinner at the house. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc to prepare several large meals to feed our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk rooms and said the beds were comfortable. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the condition of the common area furniture and one of the three king beds. Half of the sectional in the living room is collapsed, so it feels like you're sitting in a bucket. The chaise lounger next to the sectional is missing enough of its stuffing that you can hit your head on the wood frame if you're not careful. I watched the Patriots game from a dining room chair because it was more comfortable. The box spring on one of the king beds is so broken that one of my party had to stuff a couple of cushions in it to bring the mattress back to level. Given the rates this property is able to collect a small investment from the owner in some comfortable furniture to lounge on after a full day of skiing would go a long way.To end on a positive note, you cannot underestimate the absolute pleasure of having access to a hot tub after a full day on the mountain.

The house was great for our family of 13. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 kitchens. House had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
