With a private indoor pool, game room, and room to sleep up to 22 guests, it's ideal for family reunions, group trips, and memorable mountain vacations.

Other things to note
Due to new noise ordinance in N. Conway, if police are called due to disturbing the peace, the homeowner will be charged a $350.00 fine . This fine will then be charged to the renter via resolution center.
The pool is set at 83 degrees year round. If you request a higher temperature, an additional fee will apply.
Dogs are permitted AFTER approval by us. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee charged via Airbnb. Maximum amount of dogs is two (2) which is an additional $150.
There will be an additional renters agreement sent after booking is confirmed and must be filled out and signed prior to your arrival.
Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. The pool and fireplace were the highlights of our stay. Andrea was great. We had a couple needs/questions and she got back to us right away. This is our second time at the house. Great spot for a big group to get away!

Andrea is kind & gracious host. She was welcoming and readily available for any question or communication we had. I would have booked for same weekend next year, but some one already beat me to it Would absolutely stay again!

The pool was a hit with the kids and very enjoyable. The showers were very nice and bathrooms were updated. The kitchen area had plenty of pots and pans and plenty of silverware and utensils although draws were very hard to open. The bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen area were clean but rest of house needs a through cleaning and simple maintenance which would of made our stay more enjoyable.
