We had all the space and amenities we needed to enjoy a fee days with friends skiing and relaxing in this lovely and well-appointed property. Looking forward to coming back

This is a great ski home fully stocked with what you need and centrally located to everything in N. Conway. Literally 5 minutes from Cranmore mountain, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for 12. We had a problem with the downstairs heater but the PM was responsive with a solution. One thing I would suggest is more towels. A few extra hand, bath, and face cloths would have been nice to have. Also, the expectation of getting up on checkout day, making/eating breakfast running the dishwasher, which takes at least and hour, and emptying before you leave at 10:00 is a bit much to ask, especially when you have a large party.

The Chalet was a perfect spot for our group of friends celebrating a wedding this weekend! very clean, comfortable and easy check in/check out instructions. The kids were happy and we had plenty of space to enjoy each others company and get wedding ready! Would definitely recommend this place!

You can’t beat the location of the property. It’s so close to everything and the complex has a great pool also which the kids loved.
The issue was really that the property really only has 3 true bedrooms. The loft is unusable (small, scary to get to etc.) and one of the “bedrooms” is the side of the finished basement you walk into so it’s not separated or private. The kids room and other 2 bedrooms were great though.
Outside of that, living space was cozy and we liked the porch. The towels should also be replaced, they were very small and only 2 in each bathroom which was extremely challenging with our group.
