Welcome to The Birches, a spacious four story townhouse in the heart of North Conway and the perfect home base for enjoying the Mount Washington Valley in every season.
With multiple living spaces, six separate sleeping areas, three full bathrooms, a powder room, and plenty of room to spread out, The Birches is ideal for multiple families traveling together, extended family getaways, or smaller groups looking for a cozy mountain escape.
We’re located just 2 minutes from family-friendly Cranmore Mountain, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter and mountain biking and adventure park activities in the warmer months. Downtown North Conway, tax-free outlet shopping, the Conway Scenic Railroad, Story Land, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, hiking trails, restaurants and more are all just minutes away.
The Home
Basement Level
The walk-out lower level is a great space for kids and families and includes:
* A private second living room with Roku TV
* Full-size bed
* Comfortable couch
* Air hockey table
* Toys, games, DVDs and books for a variety of ages
* Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with bed railings
* Full bathroom
* Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer
* Sliding doors leading directly to the large backyard
Main Level
The main level is designed for gathering together and features:
* Fully updated, well-equipped eat-in kitchen
* Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
* Updated utensils, cookware and dishware
* Powder room
* Deck with gas grill and table and chairs
* Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings
* Grand wood-burning stone fireplace
* Large sectional with plenty of seating for the whole family
* Roku TV and DVD player
* Sliding doors leading to a large balcony with chairs overlooking our private backyard

Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

* Queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, private balcony and Roku TV
* Primary suite with queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and private full bathroom
* Additional full bathroom

The loft is another fun sleeping and hangout space featuring:

Our garage makes mountain trips especially convenient and includes:
* Ping-pong table
* Ski and snowboard storage rack
* Lots of toys, extra chairs and equipment

Such a great home! We stayed here with our parents and adult children, and there was more than enough spaee for all of us. Conveniently close to Cranmore and all other amenities. Would definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for a get away with our family. It was very clean and very well equipped for cooking there. There was plenty of space for 10 people and a nice outside area to hang out! Would definitely rent again!
