The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors.

On the ground floor:

On the first floor:
- A lounge area with a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), a fireplace (non-functional) and a TV
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting close to the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
