A Saint Aubin sur mer (18km from Caen and 25km from Bayeux, the landing beaches).

Stay completely renovated in 2016
Bathroom, toilet and laundry redone and enlarged in 2018
On the ground floor :
* Room / lounge of 35m2 with flat screen TV and sofa meridienne, table and possibility to eat 6 people easily
* Modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (regular + Nespresso), refrigerator, utensils, crockery, pressure cooker, toaster, kettle ...
* Novelty 2018: New bathroom with bath and walk-in shower
* Novelty 2018: Laundry area with washing machine and separate WC
* Conditioned private room (contact us)
On the floor: the 3 rooms follow each other, it is necessary to pass from one to the other
* Landing with 1 extra bed (BZ high quality sofa) and dressing
* Bedroom with 140 bed and 90's loft bed
* Master suite with bed of 140 and bathroom with WC + access to the roof terrace of 25m2 facing south
Wifi included, in the house
Public garden with games for children attached to the house,
Casino and cinema at 100m,

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires.
Maison très agréable, très propre, il n'y manque rien.
Idéalement située, surtout avec de jeunes enfants, plage à 1 minute!!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Blick auf das Meer von der Dachterrasse war das Highlight. Auch die kurze Distanz zum Strand war wunderbar. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen.
