Maison de la Mer - A Lagrune-sur-Mer

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, this charming house of city to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a sunny common courtyard at noon. Wifi is uncluded, we are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A living room of 20 m² with sofa, armchair and stone walls.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : bunk beds.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

You will have a very high-speed wifi connection with starlink, and a 4K television.

Outside :
- A collective courtyard with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, a few minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities: walks or bike rides on the coast or in the Bois Joli, visit of the Juno beach museum in Courseulles-sur-Mer and that of the Caen memorial, water sports, sailing school (windsurfing courses and training courses, kifesurf, as well as paddle rental....), horse riding center, markets, fishing, children's playgrounds, casino, Thalasso...
Event: beginning of August Acadian week in Saint Aubin sur Mer.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport located about 30 minutes away by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
