About this house rental
La Conciergerie offers you, in Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming house 50m from the beach with no street to cross, with a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a fenced garden of about 277 m². Wifi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation
The accommodations are composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, armchairs, fireplace (non-functional) and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with private toilet
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A bathroom (with shower)
Outside:
- A beautiful private and enclosed garden of 277 m², facing north with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
Other remarks
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- There is no washing machine but a laundromat at the Intermarché 650 m away
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information purposes only, subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Please put the furniture back in place if it has been moved
