In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, less than 500 m from the beach, we offer this charming 110 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 50 m² garden. With free Wi-Fi available, we're just waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- A sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Exterior:
- A 6 m², south-west-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather

Lovely property and Sebastien was really kind and helpful with lots of detailed information which helped us get settled. Parking was difficult especially for unloading as we have a son with additional needs. The location was wonderful near the sea and we loved Bernieres . It would be better if the linen was already in place ,making beds after along journey is not part of a relaxing holiday. Overall a top notch holiday .

The house is quirky and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are big and comfortable. There is parking on the street outside. Supermarket and beach are a few minutes walk. Very quiet village. Communication with the host was superb with everything explained clearly.
