About this house rental
This 95m² house, peaceful a few steps from the sea, will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends.
A few steps from the sea, with its small garden, it has a beautiful living space and 6 real beds in 3 separate bedrooms, as well as a beautiful living room and a large south-facing terrace in addition to its north terrace (for freshness hot days).
Located 200m from the beach and the pedestrian sea wall of St Aubin sur Mer, you can choose here between walks along the beach, sea bathing, games on the beach or even enjoy the seaside restaurants, or the casino , all on foot, all while being quiet.
Many possible activities nearby: hiking, coastal lounge, sand yachting (Hermanville/sea), sailing (sailing club in St Aubin sur mer, Langrune sur mer and Luc/sea), golf (Port en Bessin, Bieville beuville, Omaha , Cabourg or Caen).
Nordic walking and/or cycling, hiking in Bessin or along our coasts.
Visits to the landing beaches (you are there), Bayeux medieval town or Caen and its fortified castle of William the Conqueror 20km away, or even a Norman Dolce Vita while strolling in Deauville or Honfleur.
For the most curious among you, Mont Saint Michel and the Cliffs of Etretat are 1 hour 30 minutes' drive away.
The house is made up of a beautiful living room with pellet stove, main heating with a "cozy" atmosphere in winter, 1 large sofa, television and 2 equipped South and North terraces (chaise lounges, electric barbecue, parasol, etc.); 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.
An equipped, integrated and complete kitchen, dishwasher, large refrigerator, completes the house as well as a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet on the ground floor.
3 bedrooms upstairs with 160, 140 and 80x2 bed - Bathroom upstairs & Toilets on each level.
Washing machine available free of charge, baby equipment left at your disposal (stair rail, travel cot without sheets, high chair, stove rail, stroller, bed rail, baby bath)
