The "Villa" Aux Bains is a 60m2 house, completely renovated in January 2021. Located in St Aubin sur mer, in the heart of a seaside town, 15 -20 minutes from Bayeux, Arromanches and Caen.This charming villa in a quiet area, is 200 m from the beach. Very bright thanks to its southern exposure and its unobstructed view of the old Saint Aubin church district. Garden of 150m2 enclosed by stone wall facing south and running to the north. In Saint Aubin sur mer, you can walk to all amenities (food shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, casino, cinema, adapted to receive bicycles many cycle paths to explore the Côte de Nacre!)
Triplex house ideally located 200 m from the beach and shops. Very quiet house, set back from the road, on a short garden of 150m2 enclosed by wall on the south side not overlooked. Immersion in the old Saint Aubin with a view of the church and the gardens of the beautiful residences... A few steps from the D-Day44 landing beaches!
Very quiet area, parking nearby, possibility of temporary parking (luggage drop-off) in the courtyard in front of the house.
