Nature's Embrace by the Bay

This Robinson-type holiday house is located near the sea on the island of Pašman. There is a restaurant in the bay, popular among boaters for its Dalmatian cuisine.The house can be reached by car up to approximately 150 meters away, via a rough, improvised road leading to the bay. These improvised roads can be significantly damaged by adverse weather, so careful and slow driving is required. A boat mooring—suitable only for smaller vessels—is available upon request at no extra charge. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The 12V electricity is solar-powered. The use of personal electrical appliances—other than chargers for mobile phones or laptops—is not permitted; guests are held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with this house rule. Wi-Fi is available at no extra cost, though connection quality in such locations can vary significantly. Cold running water from a storage tank is available in the kitchen and bathroom. As the water sits in a tank in high temperatures, it must be boiled before consumption; most guests choose to bring bottled drinking water. Water from the taps can be used for cooking and washing. The outdoor shower is also solar-powered. Pets are welcome for an additional fee; please specify the number of pets you are bringing when making your inquiry. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided after every week of your stay. Motorboat rental is available upon request, provided that the guest possesses a valid license for operating a boat in open waters. Please bring your mobile phone so that you can contact us if necessary. You may charge your mobile phone at the property using your standard household charger.Ferry tickets are not included in the price.The island of Pašman is just a 10-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru (ferries on this route operate more than ten times a day).We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning or early afternoon, as arranging transfers and reaching the property becomes very difficult at night. You will travel to the island only after checking in at our travel agency.
