Nature's Embrace by the Bay

The Nature House is located 50 m from the sea on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin where is a restaurant, which is frequented by sailors because of its dalmatian cuisine. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The island of Pasman, which has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This holiday house has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, so it can accommodate 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, refrigerator with freezer compartment (5 L) and cooking stove with gas. An outside barbecue is also available. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling. The house is accessible by car to about 150m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin, where you will then park your car on a free and public parking place. This is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The fresh water reservoir holds 30.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom - on the toilet and the shower. Outdoor shower is provided with a container in which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. The freshwater from the tank is staying in the tank in hot weather so it is recommended to boil before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Rentals during winter are possible, but water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost. Bed linen is prepared, fresh bedlinen is at disposal afer every week of stay. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your regular household recharger. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an boat driving license valid for open waters). The berth is only suitable for smaller boats. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd na Moru, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry.
