Bayside Hideaway with Scenic Secluded Access

This four-bedroom Robinson-type holiday home for up to 7 people is located 40m from the beach in Lanđin Bay on the island of Pašman. This bay is often visited by sailing boats because of the restaurant located 600m from the house, which is famous for its Dalmatian cuisine. This is a two storey house. The house is accessible by car, to the distance of approximately 300m, to the Lanđin bay, by a white, uneven road. This improvised road can be significantly damaged due to weather conditions (rain), so careful and slow driving is required. Cold running water from a tank is installed in the kitchen, as well as in both bathrooms with showers. Since the water in the tank is stored at high temperatures during the summer, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank can be used directly for cooking and washing. The water tank has a capacity of 80,000 l. 220V electricity is solar-powered, but other electrical devices may not be used except for household appliances and battery chargers. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. WLan Internet is available to guests at no additional charge; due to the location of the property, the signal quality may vary. There are two furnished covered terraces, one in front of the house and one at the back. There is also a stone barbecue and a garden solar shower with warm water. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. It is recommended to have a mobile phone with you, so that you can contact us if necessary. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your regular home charger. The island of Pašman is an excellent destination for anyone who enjoys water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also located near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic herbs - perfect for all nature lovers. Motor boat rental is possible, upon request, provided that the guest must have a boat operator's license valid for open waters with them. The house has a boat mooring that can be used at no additional charge.
