Very nice - barring one or two inconveniences

A nice apartment in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the town center, the beach and the local grocery stores. The apartment was clean - even the dishwasher filter, which is rare.

The absence of washing up liquid and a sponge in the kitchen, only one toilet roll and the metal bars in the clic-clac sofa that dig into your back or bottom if you don't choose your seat well were something of an annoyance.

Modern, spacious apartment for 2 with great facilities.

We arrived early as we had travelled from elsewhere in Croatia and the hosts very kindly gave us the keys. They were extremely helpful but not obtrusive. The apartment was clean and modern with unexpected touches like electric blinds, halogen hob, dishwasher and sandwich toaster. The bed was huge and very comfortable as well as a luxury sofa. We had the excellent pool to ourselves in the morning. Fantastic beach was 5 mins drive away and shopping/bakery a short walk. We even got the hire car cleaned a few metres down the street. It was peaceful just as we like it.

It would be nice to have cushions on the sunbeds around the pool. A bottle of water in the fridge and a couple of snacks on arrival would also be a bonus. Otherwise, no criticisms are needed.

Quiet stay no noise

Very clean property. The grounds are well maintained, lots of flowers. Air conditioning good and insect nets at all the windows. Not all properties have them. Had a bad time last year in property elsewhere in biograd where we could not keep mosquitoes out. The hosts are kind.

Lovely

Very clean apartment with all the basics you need. Parking directly in front of the apartment. Beautiful garden with the pool. Quiet, perfect for relaxing vacation. My dog loved it here as well. Would be also great to stay with kids as there is a wooden play structure with slides. Owners very nice. Location cca 10 mins walk to the center/marine. Supermarkets few mins walk away.

Perfect for families!

Quiet location in walking distance to the city center. Our kids, 8 and 10 years, walked all the way and did not complain. A big shopping center just a few blocks away. Very lovely pool area with fruit- and olive trees. Nice and friendly owners, we ordered breakfast the first morning and it was very good!

Quiet area. Comfortable, spacious flat, well equipped. Clean pool, very nice garden. Owners very friendly. Close (10 minutes walk) to the sea, to the market 5 minutes. Ideal for long holidays and short stays. We would love to return one day.

A really new and well equipped apartment which was on the ground floor next to the pool. everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. a few mins walk to a supermarket and 10-15 min walk to beach or harbour.

Perfect for us, super clean, large apartment.

Super clean, had everything we needed to prepare food, beautiful pool, lots of sunbeds and in a quiet location. Blackout blinds in all rooms, large balcony with table. Washing machine available (for a fee) and drying rack on balcony. Air conditioning in the living room, we just left the bedroom doors open at night and it kept us cool even in August. 10min walk to centre of biograd, and a few minutes drive to a beautiful resort called Crvena Luka which you can pay 200Kuna (~£20 for 2 adults & kids were free) to spend the day and use all the facilities, and lots of other day trips in close proximity. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing major. I did have back ache after the 2 weeks but I guess I expected the beds wouldn't have been as comfy as our own so its not a negative, and wouldn't put us off returning.

If a bit closer to the beach, there would be nothing to say against. But it´s only 15 minutes walk to the beach or the downtown. The owners very nice. Apartment very spacious. A parking place in the garden (behind the lock) dedicated just for you. Fantastic pool in the garden. Great value for the money.

Everything you need for a lovely stay in croatia, our third time at these apartments already and we’ve already booked for next year! The owners are so friendly and accommodating, the apartments are a 5 min walk to a supermarket or 10 min walk to the centre where you can find a lovely beach, harbour, restaurants and shops! I’d happily say biograd is my favourite place in croatia! So much to do! The apartments are all next to a pool as well making it lovely to wake up for a dip in the pool before sunbathing:) wifi works amazing too.

Nice, clean apartment with a great pool

The apartment is freshly renovated, the kitchen and living area is super nice and modern. Two separate bedrooms allow to also have some privacy if you’re traveling with a group. The outdoor patio allowed us to have breakfast and dinner outside. Furthermore, the pool area is super clean, a nice garden with flowers and the owners maintain everything in a perfect condition. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk away and it takes 10 minutes (easy walking) to the city. The owners were super friendly and flexible with check-in & check-out. When we needed a taxi, they even offered us to take us by car themselves. Thanks a lot!!

The bathroom is not renovated, like the rest of the apartment. Just a heads up. The two single beds in one of the bedrooms made really loud sounds when turning around. It was squeaky. But nothing that can’t be handled ;)

Great apartment

The apartment was great, much space, airco. The swimmingpool was very nice, surrounded by olivetrees. The supermarket was nearby. The beach, with the boulevard and restaurants, was a 20 minutes walk. We enjoyed it a lot!

Great place for a family vacation!

The apartment is located in a quiet location, still relatively close to the center. Either on foot or by car. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped. We appreciated the air conditioning and spacious terrace. A few meters from the kitchen we had a pool, common to all guests, as well as a barbecue. I really appreciate the approach of the owner Marko and his family, very nice and friendly, willing to help with everything. We will definitely come back again!

The only thing I would improve were the squeakin beds. ;)

Great holiday in a great location

Very nice and clean accommodation. Fully equipped. Pool 10 seconds :-) Soline beach 15-20 min (walk) ... there are other beaches that are closer, but this one is great for kids. City center 10 min (walk) Shopping center 5 min (walk)

(Applies to a separate apartment in the southern part of the plot) The living room with kitchen is not very spacious, so in worse weather it is a bit cramped. Fortunately, we had the whole stay (10 nights) nice weather and so we stayed on the terrace. But most of all we were constantly by the sea and at sea ... so this is not basically a negative evaluation, but I think it needs to be said :-)

Das Apartment ist Renoviert schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Den Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen , Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher, keine Geschirrtücher, Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Geschirr Taps für den Geschirrspüler. Auch kein Salz oder Pfeffer im Apartment. Das sollte zur Grundausstattung gehören. Es war zwar Ende Oktober, aber der Pool sollte nicht grün sein, den wir wollten noch schwimmen gehen. Der Toilettendeckel fiel nach ein paar Sitzungen herunter und die Duschwanne hat einen Riss. Das Bad ist insgesamt Renovierungsbedürftig. Schade um dieses schöne Apartment, da ist leider keine persönliche Note drinnen.

Aivan ihana paikka, kuvauksen mukainen ja hintalaatusuhde kohdillaan.

Kuvaus vastasi todellisuutta. Parisänky oli hyvä ja hyvät yöunet taatut. Tämä oli todella siisti ja rauhallinen huoneisto. Isäntä oli tarvittaessa hyvin tavoitettavissa. Kerrassaan upea paikka!

Pientä maininnan arvoista ehkä vuodesohvan mukavuus nukkumiseen. Ehkä lapselle se voi toimia mutta aikuiselle se ei välttämättä kovin toimiva pitemmäksi aikaa. Vaikka huoneisto oli kohtuu uusi suihkun kaadot oli tehty hieman huonosti, vesi lähti valumaan viemäristä poispäin. Suihkussa onneksi lasta jolla vedet pystyi ajaa oikeaan suuntaan. Tällä ei isoa vaikutusta lomaanme, mutta mainintana kuitenkin.
