Beachfront Harmony on Pašman Island

The holiday house is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Landjin, where there is a restaurant, which is a favourite among boaters with its Dalmatian cuisine. The house can be rented throughout the year. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na moru (ferries on this route run more than ten times a day). This vacation home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and another single bed. In the living room there is a sofa on which another person can sleep, so this house can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, kitchen towels, a sponge and dish detergent, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a gas hob. An outdoor shower and barbecue are also available. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. The house is accessible by private vehicle approx. 40m to the Landjin bay, on a rough improvised road, which can be significantly damaged due to inclement weather (rain), and therefore careful and slow driving is definitely required. The parking lot is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. The water tank has a volume of 14,000 l. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, but it is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices except for cell phone/laptop battery chargers. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The toilet has flushing with sea water. The outdoor shower is heated with thermal bags. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Considering that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests therefore decide to buy bottled drinking water. It is possible to rent in winter, but winter rent includes additional costs for firewood. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are prepared for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not offered. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your regular home charger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 euros for 7 days of flat internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have with him a boat driving license that is valid on open waters. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, and even impossible after the last ferry to the island departs.
