Beachfront Nature Haven on Pasman Island

Nature House is situated on the beach on the island of Pasman in the bay Kobiljak. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. This holiday house can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed where the lower lying area is a double bed and the upper is a single bed, while in the other bedroom there is a double bed. For the sixth person there is a foldable guest bed that can be placed in the room the guest would choose. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, gas operated cooking stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a SAT-TV. There is also a barbecue and an outside shower. Only the 1st floor of this holiday house is open for guests; the ground floor is not in use by anyone and is locked. This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. The bay Kobiljak, where this house is situated, is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be strongly affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The house is on a distance of about 300m by land and on about 100m by sea, from the parking place in the bay. By your arrival and departure the houseowner can transport your bagage from the parking lot to the house and from the house to the parking (departure) by his boat without further costs. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.The fresh water reservoir holds 15.000 l. Electricity of 220 V is solar powered, no household appliancies may be used except of those already in the house and the battery rechargers. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. The water is staying in the tank in hot weather so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Rentals during winter are possible, but water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost. Bed linen are prepared. Fresh bed linen will be put on disposal after each week of stay. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your own household recharger. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night - even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out.
