Herb Trail Haven on Pasman Island

The holiday house Luce is placed on the island of Pasman, in bay Stivanja. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.This house can accommodate maximum 6 persons, there are two seperate bedrooms, each with double bed, an two extra beds on the couch in the living room. This is a pet-friendly accommodation, pets are welcome on request and against surcharge. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, cooking stove, a refrigerator (135 l) with freezer compartment (60 l) and a SAT TV. There is also an outside shower, with a water container with water for showering, that heats up from the warmth of the sun.The house is accessible by car. After getting off the 9km long asphalt road leading from ferry port in the town of Tkon, the house is directly accessible by car (parking place is in front of the house) on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) 6km long road over the hill, that can be strongly affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The water tank holds 10.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and appliances already in the offer of the house. Due to a solar powered boiler, running warm and cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom and the toilet. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The water is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen cloths are prepared for you; fresh ones are provided after each week of stay. Beach towels are regrettably not available, please bring these with you from home. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your regular household recharger. Guests may have Wi-Fi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters).Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, or even impossible, after the last ferry has sailed out.
