Waterfront Haven on Pašman Island

This house is located 20m from the sea, on the island of Pašman, Pećine bay. The house is accessible by car, along the road which is concrete except for one part of 300m length at the beginning of the road, and the last 100m, where there is a gravel road. Free parking is on the ground where the house is located, up to 100m away from the house itself. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru (ferries on this line run more than ten times a day).The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, so that in addition to the sofa for two people in the living room, it can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, a fridge (120 l) with a freezer compartment (50 l), a stove and an oven. There is a fireplace in the living room. WLan Internet is available free of charge. There is also a barbecue, an outdoor shower with a black 400 l water container and deck chairs by the beach.Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Solar-powered electricity is 220 V, but household appliances that are not offered by the house cannot be used, except for battery chargers. The water tank has a volume of 50,000 l. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom (gas boiler). Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are prepared for guests, fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not provided, so you need to bring your own. Bring your mobile phone with you, so you can contact us in case of need. There are sockets for a standard plug in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard home charger. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid open water boat driving license with them in Croatia. The house can be booked for at least 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to rent in winter, but winter rent implies additional costs for firewood. Pets are welcome in this facility, with a surcharge upon arrival in cash. We recommend arriving at the agency in Biograd during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the house at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
