Nature's Haven on Pasman Island

On the island of Pasman, on about 100m distance from the sea and pebble/stone beach there lies this lovely nature house. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.The house can accommodate maximum 6 persons, there are three bedrooms in this holiday house, all with queen beds. Two sleeping rooms are on the ground floor, the third one is on the first floor. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, gas cooking stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a barbecue, outside the house.This holiday house, positioned between the bays Soline and Sveti Ante, is directly accessible by car. This is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.The water tank holds 27.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliances may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The outdoor shower has a black container in which the water warms up from the warmth of the sun. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The sweetwater is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen and towels are at disposal after each week of stay. Bathroom towels are not available, kindly bring these with you. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. However, the signal quality of Wi-Fi and mobile phones can vary greatly there. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license). The house has a boat berth. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
