Cove View Haven by the Sea

The holiday house with two bedrooms, for up to 4 people, is located directly on the sea, in the cove of Božanska on the island of Pašman. You can reach this holiday home by car, the road from Tkon is concreeted and the parking lot is directly behind the house. The house is located on a 7,000 m² plot, providing plenty of space and privacy. A private road leads from the public road to the parking lot, creating an ideal setting for a peaceful retreat, combining spaciousness and seclusion. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The house features an indoor and outdoor kitchen, each equipped with gas stovetop with two burners, and a refrigerator with freezer. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels are available, fresh are at disposal after each week of stay. Beach towels are not available. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. Hot and cold running water is installed, from a tank. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, we recommend boiling it before consumption or buying drinking water in bottles. Water directly from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is of 4KW. It is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices, except chargers for cell phone / laptop batteries. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower for which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. The balcony is furnished, and deckchairs are also available. One pet per group of guests is welcome, against surcharge. Unfortunately, they do not accept more than one pet here. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 euros for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your own home charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a recognized boat driving license valid for open waters). A boat mooring is available at no extra cost in front of the house. The island of Pašman is a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru, which runs on this line more than 10 times a day. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. This island is a great destination for all who like water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the accommodation at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
