Seaside Escape in Tkon Bay

This mobile home with two bedrooms, for 4 people, is located directly on the sea in the bay of Druce on the island of Pašman. In the same room there is a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a corner sofa, air conditioning and satellite TV. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (220l) with a freezer compartment (120l), a gas hob with 4 burners, a coffee machine and a toaster. WLAN Internet is available at no additional cost. There is a double bed in each of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are prepared, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not offered. There is a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the yard. The covered terrace with a view of the sea is equipped with seating furniture and deck chairs are also available. Given that the water is stored in a tank, at high temperatures in the summer, it is recommended to boil the water if you want to use it for drinking, or buy bottled drinking water. Water directly from the tank is fine for cooking and washing. Electricity is 220 V, solar. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except mobile phone / laptop chargers. We recommend that you bring a mobile phone, so it would be possible to get in contact in case of need. There are standard sockets in the house, so you can bring and use standard home chargers for those devices. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat on request (it is necessary to have a boat driving license valid on open waters). A boat mooring is available in front of the mobile home at no additional cost. This mobile home on the beach is accessible by car on a road that is concreted for almost its entire length (except for one part of 300m long where it is gravel). The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for everyone who enjoys water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean herbs and spices - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Rental is possible from early spring to late autumn. Please note that pets are not accepted in this accommodation. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
