Beachfront Haven on Pasman Island

The holiday house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Zincena, directly on the beach, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn.The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island,along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.The island of Pasman has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day.The house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin, where you will then park your car. This is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware, refrigerator with freezer compartment and cooking stove. There is also a barbecue and a outdoors shower in the garden.This is a pet-friendly house - up to two pets per reservation arewelcome, and there would be no surcharge for them. The water tank holds 20.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power 12 V. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, therefore kindly bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You can recharge your mobile phone in the house with your regular household recharger.Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot.There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license).Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit are very inconvenient at night.
