Bayview Haven on Pašman Island

This house is located on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Sv. Ante. It is equipped with three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with bunk beds for two people. The kitchen contains dishes and cutlery, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a hob, as well as SAT-TV and air conditioning in the kitchen. WLan internet is available without extra charge, but the quality of the connection in such locations can vary considerably. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the yard, as well as a movable parasol and four deckchairs. The yard is large and well maintained. Pets are welcome with prior notice to the agency and for an additional charge. The house is available with a car approx. 150 m distance, and a dirt bumpy road over the hill leads to it. These improvised roads can be damaged due to bad weather (rain, hail), and careful and slow driving is required. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. It is possible to book here for at least 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to rent in winter, but winter rent implies additional costs for heating. The water tank has a volume of 35,000 l. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, intended for cell phone and laptop battery chargers and lighting, while it is not intended for other electrical devices. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor shower has a black boiler, which is heated by the heat of the sun. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are provided, but beach towels are not offered. Fresh bed linen and towels are delivered after each week of stay. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your regular home charger. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid open water boat operator's license with him in Croatia. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
