Everything was very new and clean. It was in a good location.

It was not made clear that the property has two entrances depending on which apartment you are in. We spent a stressful 40 minutes trying to find our apartment, even thinking we’d been scammed at one point, and on the phone trying to sort this out. Eventually someone arrived telling us that our apartment (23) was in a different building. Unfortunately that building didn’t have a lift so we had to walk up to the 4th floor. The lady who met us did carry my bag but during our stay I saw several people with very big bags struggling up and down the stairs. Due to the newness of the apartment, the television had not been set up and if you wanted to watch it (which we couldn’t as it wasn’t set up) you had to move it on the stand and then the power lead didn’t reach the plug socket, unless you watched in bed. The lamp next to the bed hadn’t bern plugged in and the chord needed unwinding, the bed pulling out and the lamp plugging in- no big deal but just another example of not paying attention to detail. One of the air con units was dripping. The apartment had too much furniture in it- you had to keep moving things to get to others eg a full length mirror blocked the wardrobe. The tap in the bathroom was too big for the (tiny)sink. There was no hairdryer as advertised. The front door to the block had an issue with the door release button and the alarm was going off for some time- this was sorted both times.

Excellent layout 2 bedrooms en suite Air conditioning top notch with outside temps 30 plus made for very comfortable stay 3mins walk to two Aldgate tubes and the same for Liverpool Street On leaving straight on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow 25 mins and half the price of Heathrow express Would definitely base here again next time in London

Location was good, the apartment was very clean, check-in was easy and clear instructions.

Televisions didn’t work, showers not user friendly as no support for soap which had to be on the floor, no tea towels in the kitchen, no microwave and only two decaffeinated coffee capsules.
