    Cove Cannon Street is a great location close to St Paul’s. It is right next to a tube station which was so handy to access the rest of London easily. It is very quiet. Has a lift and AC couldn’t ask for more. Staff was kind and very helpful. I will stay here again! Highly recommend!

    Though Agoda messed up the booking and showed my booking as cancelled on their end although I have made full payment on it, the staff at COVE still proceed with our room stay and managed to help us settle the issue. Room had everything we needed, even a heater in the toilet to dry our laundry. Location was around the cbd area but accessible to popular places.

    For *** a night, I anticipated a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The bed was sunken and creaky, we had a bad 3 nights of sleep. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which was quite annoying . To my shock, I found a bloodstain on one of the blankets. Shady lobby. Not at all look like in the picture Additionally, the hotel is located far from good restaurants and popular attractions, making it inconvenient for exploring the city. The staff seemed to lack proper customer service. We moved to a really good hotel for almost half of the price.
