    Staff were absolutely not helpful. Our room had zero power except for 2 lights, and there is no reception or staff available except for a number to call or txt, and the person on the other side said help is coming after his shift as he can’t help and can’t get anyone to help as they’re “off duty” - and help never came. No follow up, no help. Incredibly bad service and terrible set up not having access to someone or a person who can assist. No clear communication how to check in - when you arrive and somehow get into the building through a very dirty emergency corridor - there’s a small sign laying on a table to call a number. We called. No one answered. We found a cleaner who managed to call someone to help. Would not recommend this place - go to a normal hotel.

    The only downside was a bit delay getting the entry code. The location is great, the room is clean. Overall pretty nice

    Close to Moorgate Station, however, it isn’t a hotel so you don’t expect daily cleaning service. They came once a week. We booked it because we’re in a rush & didn’t read the details. If you prefer a hotel, this is definitely not your choice.
