I stayed here 1x night on Easter Monday 2026 as I was visiting someone in the area, I liked this hotel from the start, I was welcomed in a friendly manner at the reception (oddly located one floor down after you enter at road level) and went straight into my bedroom, which was spacious & clean, good bathroom & shower also. I had a good night’s sleep, no noises, I’m not sure if I was just lucky as it does often happen to me to hear noises from other rooms when staying in hotels (I'm a light-ish sleeper).
I didn’t use the TV at all as I had my laptop, so I can’t comment on that. Wi-Fi connection was good.
Breakfast was great, with plenty of sweet and savoury choices, I really liked the breakfast room itself, which I found very cosy, this is located by the reception.
Whitechapel Road isn’t that great, i.e. with quite a lot of rubbish strewn around, there are quite a few (pricey!) eateries along it, but hey that’s London, I eventually miraculously found a place tucked in a corner with food at a very acceptable price as far as London is concerned.
The nearest Tube station is Aldgate East, less than 10 minutes' walk away.
All in all a hotel I can definitely personally recommend.

ห้องกว้าง สามารถกางกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ได้สองใบ เตียงนอนสบาย ทำเลดีอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีใต้ดินAldgate east และถ้าเดินทางโดยมีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่สามารถใช้Alizabeth Lineได้ เพราะสถานีจะมีลิฟต์ให้บริการด้วย และทางเดินระหว่างสถานีกับโรงแรมเป็นพื้นเรียบตลอดทาง น้องพนักงานสัญชาติเกาหลีดูแลดีและมีอัธยาศัยดีมาก อาหารเช้าถือว่าไม่แย่สำหรับอาหารเช้าถือว่าไม่แย่สำหรับโรงแรมในยุโรป แต่ก็ไม่ได้ดีเลิศเท่ากับตามโรงแรมในเอเชีย

Did the job. Facilities need an update. If you have an early flight, be aware that the cost of a taxi to the airport in the early hours before the hotel transfer service is available can add about £30 to your stay
