    We loved this hotel and our room, we was on the 22nd floor , whilst we had some views if we looked across to the right , straight in front was skyscrapers, the gherkin was just to the left . The room was spacious with its fully equipped kitchenette, a small area to sit on the sofa and watch tv plus table and chairs, my only small bug bear was that the bed was by a wall that jutted out on one side , not like the photos where it’s the sofa and every time I got up in the night I bashed into it . The staff were helpful and very friendly and always spent time for a chat with us . It’s a great location with a bus stop close by plus the station and tube so getting around was very easy , there’s lots of good places to eat a drink in the vicinity of the hotel . We’d of liked a bar in the hotel itself and from what we’d read we thought there was but it does have a lovely coffee shop that’s very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back and was promised next time that we’d have views of the front . I’ll switch sides with hubby next time though hehe Excellent value for money indeed .

    Stayed for a week. They definitely took a shot at the unique concrete style set up. Mix of modern, and industralist look. Space makes it all the more likely to have a longer stay here in future soon. Have bookmarked it for when i am in london next time.

    One of the elevator under maintenance throughout our 3 nights stay so only 1 lift is working, so long wait time for lift. Washer spoilt so we have to change room at night but staff is not there to help move our stuff to room in another floor despite the long wait of lift, we have to take the stairs. The reassigned room looks like not clean for long time. Very dusty with stuffs left by previous person such as pants in drawer and bottle cap on floor. Sofa is also dirty Only good point is the location which is close to metro
