    Staff aren’t extremely helpful when it comes to the money side of things. Paid the £50 deposit - never got that back. Paid £80 for the late check out - still had a member of staff knock on our door and tell us we hadn’t. Then they tried to charge us an extra £30? Without the stress, we’d come again.
