    The apartment is beautiful and new as well as nice and airy. When entering the front door to the building you have to walk by a really smelly garbage dumpster. We had a flooded bathroom and no access to a shower for over 24 hours. We had no power for 48 hours with no resolution. The apartment is lovely, it was everything else that was the problem as well as trying to get compensation.
