Location is fantastic, secluded but only a few minutes walk from the centre of Ella. The staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. They organised a scooter for a great price and would have organised tours if we'd wanted them. The cabana was very well appointed and equipped. We saw fireflies and squirrels and monkeys from the balcony and the view was spectacular.
Credit card payment would be convenient.

View is awesome of course. But the host can organise stuff like taxi to south cheaper than in city or uber/pickmeup. Also has laundry service (same day done). Also it is actually very close to the city center that i did not realise when booking (a big plus).
Road next by can get noisy due to trucks going up (diesel engines really struggle) If you light sleeper - will cause inconveniences (myself did not really mind).
