Our stay at Cloud Villa Sapa was absolute perfection from start to finish. The view of Ham Rong Mountain right from the room window was truly unforgettable. The staff arranged our on-site motorbike rental and booked a private car back to Hanoi with total ease. The staff's helpfulness and genuine warmth made our holiday special!

The room was huge with 2 king size beds with the most comfortable linen and spotlessly lean. The villa was in a quieter part of Sapa but close enough to the more touristy area.
Mike who was managing the property was amazing, always available to give advice and help out with any requests.
Breakfast was great, cooked fresh every morning and you could choose from a variety of options.
Everything was perfect and very well priced.

We stayed at Cloud Villa just for a night but Mike was very helpful right from the get go. He made sure we were comfortably checked in and even gave us recommendations on the places we were visiting.
The breakfast was delicious. One of the best we had.
The rest of the staffs were also very accommodative of our request and were always very responsive to all our queries. We were more than satisfied with our stay.
