Breakfast was home cooked and always tasty with coffee!
Quality of towel fabric if I had to give something but otherwise everything was more than enough!

I ended up staying twice with Pham’s family during my trip in Sapa. It’s great value for money, you are just outside of Sapa and have a beautiful view over the valley. It’s a great starting point for treks around the area to visit different villages. Pham & her family are also very warm & welcoming.
Although the rooms are great per se- simple and beautiful, high ceilings, good bed, etc. you can hear everything from the other rooms.
So if you snore or suffer from light sleep, consider this.
