Very good, supportive & responsive host.
We had booked kitchen room since we had a small baby with us however kitchen didn't had basic items like cooking oil.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.They also let us leave our things even after our check out time.
The towels are quite old and unclean. AC ,key card and hair dryer are not working well. Sometimes even if we click the heater button of the AC, after some time cold air comes out, it was frustrating especially when the temperature outside is already cold.

Good shower, 2 bedrooms.
Bathroom floors are constantly wet (as shower water didn't drain), one bathroom sink is very loosely mounted. One card does not open the front door. Bedrooms need bed lamps with nearby switches.
