    The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

    the hotel staffs speak really good english n very helpful. we arrived early in the morning n they allowed us to check in immediately. the bed is so soft, even has heater in it coz sapa is so cold. it was so closed to sun plaza and halal food is right in front of the hotel But it's located near a steep hill, so I wouldn't recommend it for people traveling with a lot of luggage or for elderly guests, as walking uphill can be quite exhausting. Overall, it was a good experience

    I didn’t expect the room to be only on the 2nd floor i thought it will have a view because I booked the deluxe room also the deluxe room doesn’t have an aircon and even a television, my background is like a terrace of another building and there is even an underwear hanging hahaha but the staffs are very good and accommodating but they charged me for early check in which I thought is free because I let them know that I will arrive early and they say yes I can check in early but they didn’t tell that I have to pay for it. For the free breakfast, there is nothing special just pancakes or egg sandwich. The location is good it is near in sun plaza but the way to go there is very steep which I would not recommend if you are planning to walk everytime. Overall I was disappointed I should have booked a basic or standard room instead of deluxe.
