    Location is very convenient. You can easily walk to and from different tourist spots -Sun Plaza, SaPa square, stone church and sapa lake. Surrounded with alot of restaurants and massage spa. Mountain view from our room on 6th flr is superb! However, the bed smells like molds. Staffs are accommodating and nice.

    We bought a bread for my daughter and left it sealed on top of the table. Few minutes after, my child noticed a rat bite. The smell on the elevator area at the ground floor is unpleasant.

    If you're on a tight budget then this is hotel is the best option for you. Pros: This is one of the cheapest hotel that we found. We got this at around 1k (peso) per night which we paid at the hotel. Location is good. It is located in a busy road but once you're in the room, you won't hear the vehicles. It's a few minutes walk to Sun Plaza and Sapa Lake. There are also good restaurants nearby. Cons: Before reaching the hotel, you need to get down a flight of stairs which we only found out once we arrived. Not convenient if you have multiple luggages with you. The hotel's a bit old, we need to "tinker" the heater so that we got the right hot water 'cause if not, it'll be too hot or too cold. The rooms are somewhat thin too, you'll hear your neighbors, but muffled. Overall, for the price, this is a good deal. We enjoyed our stay here especially the heated bed, loved this since we went during their monsoon season. The owner and staffs are nice too, just make sure to ready your translator to get your point right away 'cause they speak little English.

    The location is perfect, it’s in the middle of everything. There’s a parking spot for motorcycle and can also rent in this hotel. They can also do your laundry for 30,000vnd per kg. Their wifi is excellent, and has accessible elevator. Expect that to get to this hotel, you need to go through the stairs (you have to carry your own luggages). Frequently, there is no receptionist. The things that I don’t like about this hotel are (1) the room smells like pee, and the hallway smells like an old storage. (2) there are cockroaches everywhere 🥲 (3) under the bed is really dusty. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel in the middle of the city centre, this is a good choice for you otherwise look for more decent hotel.
