    The Hotel is located in the city center, near to sunplaza, restaurants, cafe and spas. You have to go down the stair to reach the hotel. we thought there is a window overlooking the view outside, but turns out it is just the hallway, the room is quite old and just enough space to sleep and rest, comfy and big bed, they have a hot and cold shower, cold aircon and TV. They also clean the room even if you don’t ask them too. It is what you pay for, we saved money staying here and feel rested after a long day, but next time we’d like to try other hotels with nice view.

    We booked one night to leave our luggage while we do adrenaline activities. We did an early checkout and comeback for our luggage in the evening they offer a great service as they allow to leave luggages for free The rooms looked a little old but it is very manageable. Beds has heater too which is a plus.

    Highlights: Excellent Location — Perfectly situated within walking distance to Sapa town center and Sun Plaza, making it very convenient for exploring Elevator Available — A big plus, especially after a long and tiring journey Clean Room — Room was tidy and acceptable for the stay Good WiFi & Air Conditioning — Both worked well without any issues Affordable Option — Reasonable choice for those wanting easy access to Sapa's main attractions Room for Improvement: Poor Lighting — The corridors, hallways, reception area, and even the room itself were too dark, making the space feel unwelcoming and gloomy Looks Older Than Advertised — The actual property appears noticeably older than what is shown in the listing photos No Staff at Arrival — The most frustrating part — there was no receptionist in the lobby upon check-in. Had to ask a nearby establishment for assistance, which is unacceptable especially after a long exhausting travel day Room vs. Photos — The room did not live up to the expectations set by the photos, particularly in terms of lighting and overall ambiance
