The people there are amazing, really nice and helpful with everything. The room is really nice and clean. Best service we had in Vietnam so far. Amazing view from the room as well. Highly recommend staying there!

Out of the 6 hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam, this was our favourite while also being one of the most reasonably priced. It was really good that the restaurant is open all day and they were easily able to cater for our vegan needs. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Either the plug on our bathtub was broken or we couldn't work out how to use it which meant that we couldn't enjoy the bath with the view.

Well presented rooms. Would be a good view if it wasn’t foggy
Stinky drains, mattress too hard. Condition of road to get there was terrible. Location too far from sa pa. Food not good. Damp smell in bedroom. Many steps
