Best Location, Room size was adequate, amazing view, easy to walkover to village and rice fields. very clean, reception was very helpful to allow me for late checkout. Must visit property. Amazing view with good facilities and nice people.

Electrical kittle - outside surface was very hot linens and towels - quality can be better water pressure - can be better breakfast - need more choices

Shower was a tad annoying, but was only there 3 days so it was manageable.

Wonderful. A beautiful spot. Ms Zolly and her team were fantastic. Delicious food from the menu in the evenings and a gorgeous breakfast with fresh fruit, coffee and pancakes. The nicest food we have had in Vietnam - the lemongrass was just delicious. We loved our stay so much that we want to return for longer. The beds were comfortable and the mosquito nets practical to use. I just didn't want to leave Sapa - our stay was perfect. Ms Zolly was really helpful and helped our taxi driver to find Sapa Farmer House. The house is well located for walking to nearby villages and the views are just stunning. We enjoyed our stay so, so much - thank you!
