Ideal for a getaway for two, it has been designed as a real romantic cocoon, conducive to relaxation and a change of scenery.
You will enjoy a private SPA (jacuzzi), accessible all year round and at no extra charge, for moments of absolute relaxation.
An outdoor terrace completes this space, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Located in the immediate vicinity of all amenities, the Tiny House benefits from a privileged location in the heart of the Loire Valley.
Between bike rides along the Loire, cellar visits and wine testings, discovery of the famous castles of the region, you will be charmed by the picturesque streets of Amboise and the peaceful walks by the river.

** ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION **
Our mini house for 4 people has:
- A double bed of 140x190 with EPEDA mattress (bed linen provided)

** THE JACUZZI **
- Accessible every day of the year from 17 h to 9pm (also possible on request)
- Privatized to guests
- Room temperature between 38°C and 39°C (depending on the outside temperature)
- Forbidden to children under 6 years old

** ON REQUEST **

** CHILDREN **
The place is conducive to relaxation, children are welcome but remain under the responsibility and supervision of the parents.

** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES **
Arrivals are possible from 4pm.
If the gîte is ready before, you will be informed by SMS on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the gîte must be vacated by 10am at the latest.

** NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION **
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the gîte, in the swimming pool and jacuzzi (allowed on the terrace)

** OUR SERVICES **
We offer bike rental:
- 1 adult mountain bike (including helmet): 7€/day
- 1 women's road bike (including helmet): 7€/d (with basket)
- 1 baby carrier (from 9 months to 4 years): 3€/d
1 repair kit (polishing file, patch, glue, mini pump, 2 tyre removers, etc.)

The bikes are monitored and maintained by Decathlon.

** TRAVELER ACCESS **

* Free private parking for 2 vehicles
* The keys are collected by ourselves or by a key box
* The Cosy House is completely independent from our house

* No guests are allowed on the property
* The people who have booked a stay must be the same for the duration of the stay.
