Great location near centre of Amboise, yet quiet and pleasant surroundings.

Very good location just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Amboise. Good value accommodation (stayed in a 2 bed chalet, both bedrooms having en-suites). Bedrooms a reasonable size. Quiet.

No wifi in the chalet. No kitchen cleaning items provided (e.g. washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel, bin liners).

Endroit très agréable.

Accueil très sympa, complet et efficace même si nous ne restons qu'une nuit. Piscine chauffée et couverte toujours accessible malgré la période. Logement propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir mettre en marche le lave-vaisselle et juste partir!

Devoir retourner réclamer des kits de serviettes aurait pu être évité, si le logement est préparé pour 4 ça serait bien qu'il y ait 4 kits. Problème réglé immédiatement par l'accueil et nous les en remercions!

Aucun personnel présent lors de notre arrivée à 17h30 alors que l’accueil aurait dû être ouvert à compter de 17h30. Nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes avant de voir une hôtesse, qui n’était franchement pas très agréable et qui ne savait pas du tout répondre à nos interrogations

Logement simple et économique, piscine agréable

La piscine

Le petit déjeuner : au moment de la réservation, on nous a signalé qu’il fallait arriver entre 7h et 9h à la salle de petit déjeuner Nous sommes arrivés à 8h55, tout était remballé et la personne qui était en charge du service a refusé de nous servir. De plus elle a reporté la faute sur nous, ce n’était vraiment pas agréable à entendre. La responsable a fini par intervenir mais le réveil n’a pas été très agréable. Par ailleurs, il manquait de nombreuses choses dans le logement : un jeu de draps, les serviettes de bain, aucune éponge ni produit ménager. Pour un sejour de deux jours ce n’était pas très confortable. Je recommande cet établissement en aucun cas.

Je le conseille déjà hormis les animations des soirées de week end

La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Les chariots pour nous aider à décharger et charger les voitures. La multitudes de terrains de sport et les autres équipements sportifs qui sont en bon état. Les maisons sont agréables. L'intérieur est bien isolé. Idéal pour 7 personnes. On peut aller à Amboise (charmante petite ville), au marché d'Amboise et au clos Lucé à pieds. La piscine, bien entretenue, est vraiment agréable après une bonne balade. Le hammam fonctionne très bien aussi. Je conseille déjà ce VVF ou il y a tout pour se reposer, se dépayser et se redynamiser :) :)

Nous nous sommes bien fait AVOIR concernant les "animations du soir pour le week-end" : c'est quasi mensongé !!. je n'ai pas du tout apprécié les propositions "d'animations des soirées du week end". J'avais de quoi faire de belles animations moi même, je l'avais signalé mais on m'a répondu de faire confiance à l'équipe d'animation. on ne m' a ABSOLUMENT PAS laissé la possibilité de faire les animations moi même et le résultat a été navrant : des soirées jeux de sociétés, jeux de bois, on peut les faire dans les maisons et même dans la journée, ce que nous avons fait nous même. VRAIMENT, NOUS ATTENDIONS MIEUX ! alors que c'était compris dans le prix !! ca a été une grande déception pour nous tous.

J'ai apprécié la campagne, la verdure et le calme de ce lieu, qui me convenaient parfaitement.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et les informations fournies sur les environs. Le lieu est spacieux, impeccablement propre, entouré de verdure, offrant un environnement calme et reposant, sans bruit.

Quelques points à améliorer : la salle de bain est trop petite pour six personnes et ne respecte pas les normes. Il y avait un manque de tasses pour le café, malgré une réclamation à l'accueil, qui n'a pas pu nous en fournir, nous laissant utiliser des bols à la place. Le parking manque également de places disponibles. Malgré cela, je reviendrai en famille, car nous avons passé un bon moment.

De ligging van het huisje (hoewel het jammer was dat de trap naar het dorp was afgesloten) bedden waren schoon. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

De hygiëne. Het was niet schoon en erg klein. Vergane glorie. Er lag nog rommel van de vorige gasten, haren en overal dikke laag stof en stofdraden. “Badkamer” was heel klein. Kon net 1 persoon in staan, te klein om jezelf daar aan te kleden. Tuinmeubelen waren versleten, terras erg vies

La proximité avec le centre ville et le personnel agréable

Logement peu entretenu, logement pas entretenu et propreté qui laisse à désirer (draps sales, araignées mortes un peu partout dans le logement). Logement peu équipé, plus de savon dans la douche, pas de quoi nettoyer vaisselle (je trouve ça dommage que nous devions réclamer le petit kit et qu’il ne soit pas d’office dans le logement)ou sols. Jeux dans l’air pour enfants pas entretenu.
