Fabulous attention to detail. Fully equipped kitchen and an inviting large space for dining.

One of the beds is pretty soft and could use an upgrade regarding the mattress cover and fitted sheet. I mentioned this to the proprietor who obviously takes great care and pride in her accommodation, and she does plan on making a change in this regard.

Lovely stay for families

Lovely 3 night stay with hubbie and young adult daughter. Accommodation very clean. Communication before we arrived very clear. Location is great. Boulangerie about 20 metres to the right as you leave the property with a charcuterie next door to it. We tried both and they were good. There is an Aldi about 300m to the left as you leave and a Carrefour over the bridges and to the right. Whilst not in Amboise old town, the walk across the bridges into Amboise is lovely. Free car parking in the street. Washing machine but no dryer. Enough cooking facilities to cook a simple meal. Great option for families.

We really enjoyed our stay in Amboise. We highly recommend staying in this home.

The location was great. The furnishings were attractive. The hosts had thoughtfully decorated their home for Christmas. They even left some tasty Christmas treats under the Christmas tree. Thank you very much.

Parking near to the home was sometimes challenging but we were pretty lucky, on the whole.

We loved this place!

Our stay at 17 Entre Gare was seamless from start to finish. The keys were easily accessible from a lockbox next to the front door. It has two bedrooms, and large bathtub, well-equipped kitchen and little patio in the back. It's about a 15-minute walk to old town Amboise, and in the opposite direction, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and 15-minute walk to a big supermarket. Street parking was easy to find and free. We really enjoyed out stay here. Communication was great, the place was spotless...In short, highly recommend it.

Though the second-floor stairway was not an issue for us, it's narrow and winds, which could be challenging to some. Other than that word of caution, we loved the apartment.

Totally delightful!

The house was so pleasantly furnished and so well equipped. The attention to detail was superb. Basic cooking and cleaning products were provided, with even a hand towel conveniently located beside the kitchen sink! The location was great - close to Amboise Station, a wonderful Boulangerie and Aldi supermarket. As international travellers relying on public transport we found the local bus into Amboise very useful in hot weather, but the short walk over the bridge was delightful at other times. Aurelie's responsiveness to our questions before our arrival and her kindness in allowing us to enter the property as early as possible were really helpful in making our stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Wow, wow, wow what a hidden gem! Highly recommend.

We loved the homeliness of the property. Everything you could think of was catered for. If we could give the property more than a 10 we would. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, kitchen well equipped and we had an indoor and outdoor dining area. It was an easy walk into town and the Saturday market was fabulous. If you miss the market don’t worry as you have everything you needed just down the road - fabulous patisserie and bakery and even an ALDI. We felt really safe with the police station just around the corner. Parking was not at the property but we were able to drop off and pick up our luggage without any difficulty and park nearby.

Second floor has low ceiling. If you are taller, you will hit your head. The only useful bathroom is on second floor and internal to one of bedrooms. The second couple have to go through other people bedroom to access it.

Great hosts and a perfect stay.

Location was perfect - away from town but an easy walk over the bridges. Very quiet street with an excellent boulangerie and boucherie about two blocks away. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, some condiments and spices. The hosts left a welcome basket with wine and chocolate. The beds were comfortable and the a/c easy to operate. We used their washing machine which was a bonus feature for us. We had dinner out on the patio one evening too. Overall, we would return to stay here.

Conveniently located 2 bedroom house with very well equipped kitchen

Only 3 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes pleasant walk to the town centre. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Indoor dining area plus outdoor dining table and chairs in the private courtyard. Friendly and helpful owner.

The location was superb & gave great access to Amboise & the Loire valley. The apartment was comfortable with most of the facilities required for a pleasant stay. The hosts were really communicative & left lovely welcoming gifts which were much appreciated.

Just be aware that parking is on the street on a first-come first-served basis but we were able to find a park close-by each night.

Comfy bed. Circulating fan and ductless air system. Cozy place, cute decorations. Kitchen fully stocked; appreciate fresh press coffeemaker, expresso machine, handheld emulsion blender. Washing machine. Comfortable patio. Gift welcome basket. 3min walk to train station. 10min walk into downtown. 3min walk from nearest grocery (Aldi) and boulangerie. Downstairs toilet. 2 upstairs bathrooms; one with toilet and standup shower, the other only a tub.

A really comfortable property with considerate kind hosts. There was a welcome basket with some lovely treats . The property was clean comfortable and warm. The ambiance was lovely , after a particularly stressful year in business we really welcomed this "cocoon of comfort" . Everything that was necessary for a comfortable stay was there. Our wonderful hosts even put up Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree - so we did not miss our tree at home. The property was a short distance from Amboise easily accessible by a short work or a few minutes by car. So no problem. Fantastic boulangerie a few yards away.

This is an amazing apartment! A quick walk across the bridge to Chateau Ambroise, the local market, and many excellent restaurants. There is a bakery down the street and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely sunny garden to relax and have a meal in. The small kitchen is well stocked and we we able to make use of the washing machine. Communication with the host was excellent. We were kindly offered a late checkout as there were no incoming guests, and we took advantage of this to enjoy another lunch in the garden. I would highly recommend this apartment!!

Lovely home, if we return to Amboise we will 100% try to stay here

This place was so nice - must have just been renovated because it seems brand new. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, new appliances, great floor plan, beautiful decorations, and even a welcome basket and brochures for local tourist attractions. 7 minute easy walk to Amboise city center. We felt truly relaxed and at home here and were sad to leave!

The only thing was the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable for two people as you will kind of both sag to the middle. It got a little warm at night but the owner said AC is going in next month (August 2022) so this will be taken care of very soon. But other than this, nothing we didn’t like.

this property allowed all of us to enjoy France with less stress.

location was outstanding. we walked to town and it was about 15-20 minutes with a 74 year old, a 14 and 12 year old persons. it was spacious; well kept and we enjoyed learning about a French home. Internet was good too; it supported 5 devices and the TV allowed us to log into Netflix.

Nous avons aimé le contact avec Aurélie : très réactive et arrangeante suite aux intempéries ! L'emplacement est idéal . On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds ( belles visites , randonnées , supermarchés , restaurants ). Boulangerie très proche. Le logement est très bien équipé et très confortable pour 2 couples.

C'est personnel mais nous préférons les matelas fermes ( là, un peu mous pour nous ) et les lits un peu plus grands .

清潔で広かったです。オイルヒーターが付いたり消えたりして寒かった時に、エアコンを使うことができて暖かく過ごせました。洗面所にあったヒーターは温度調整ができたため、タオルや洗濯物をよく乾かすことができました。シャワーは勢いがあって良かったです。トイレが2つあったのは有り難かったです。パン屋や肉屋が近くにあり、便利でした。オーナーへ質問した時の対応がとても良かったです。
