About this house rental
In the center of Amboise, comfortable house with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a large garden, completely renovated in May 2025.
You will appreciate its quality equipment, its decoration and its geographical location, in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the castles of the Loire. Ideal for a family stay.
A 10-minute walk from Clos Lucé and 12 minutes from the Château d'Amboise.
The accommodation

This late 19th century house was completely renovated in May 2025.
We offer this family home for rent, in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented as part of festive events. Thank you for your understanding.
The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for 6 people.
The house is composed on the first floor:
- Large living room with dining area and lounge
- Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, basic necessities...
- Bathroom with toilet
- Very bright veranda, perfect for reading or children's games
On the first floor, you will find:
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- 1 shower room with WC
Particular care has been taken in the choice of top-of-the-range hotel-quality bedding.
Outside:
- 1 large enclosed garden: lawn, trees, dining area, parasol, sun loungers and parking space
- 1 garden shed to store your bikes
Traveler access
The entire property is at your disposal. The garden allows you to park your vehicles inside the property, in the extension of the gate.
Ideally located in Amboise, it allows you to reach the city center and its shops in 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike, 12 minutes on foot.
Other remarks
The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property. The house was beautifully renovated with an interior stone wall and exposed beams upstairs. The garden was large and private, surrounded in the back by tall trees. The kitchen was very well stocked, including pretty dishes and some vintage cocktail glasses. Loved the decorative plates showing the local chateaux, displayed on one of the refinished vintage cabinets. The beds were really comfortable and each bedroom had its own ac unit. There were also two portable fans which we used in the dining and living rooms, which were furnished with very comfortable furniture. It was nice being able to pull in and park inside the gate. Manuela was very welcoming, available on WhatsApp and easy to work with (with each of us using the translation app . )

The house was lovely. The garden was private, although not as pretty as it could have been. As a committed gardener I was disappointed that the ‘flower beds’ were full of weeds. The ‘conservatory’ was not mentioned, but is currently set up as a playroom for children. It could be so much better. It’s a nice room and would be good with a sofa and table and chairs, for using on hot days, as it’s quite shady. It looks as if the house has only very recently become a holiday home, as everything inside looked new. No complaints at all about that, but I think a little more attention to beautifying the garden, would be a good thing. The host responded quickly to any questions etc, as did the cleaner, who kindly allowed us to leave later than 10am. Parking was easy and secure within the garden area. The walk into town was easy and quick. Good luck in your future lettings. It’s already very nice, peaceful and well equipped.

The location was great, and the house was perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the outside area for relaxing after our days of sightseeing. The host was very responsive.
