Lovely appartement near the heart of Amboise

A beautiful tiny appartment situated on the second floor of the building. It’s divided in 3 rooms: a living area, kitchen area and bedroom. Good communication with our host. Good wifi connection. The appartment has a nice design, is well equipped and everytihing was spotless clean. Free parking is available 1 minute away and city center is 5 mins away with all the shops and restaurants you need.

Worth considering that the apartment is located on the second floor with a narrow staircase in case you are travelling with large luggage Also the owner requests for a deposit (the amount was only blocked on my account for ~10 days in our case)

We enjoyed our stay.

It was clean, had everything needed. It’s a walking distance to the car-park and to the chateaux of Amboise. I liked the skyline windows.

Narrow stairway. It was a challenge to get sizeable luggage up there. I think it would be fair to disclose the narrow stairs up front. The street was busy at times and noisy. We managed by keeping the street facing windows shut.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement très cosy, bien équipé et propre. La literie est particulièrement confortable. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Amboise . Un grand parking gratuit à proximité est un plus.

L'accès à l'appartement peut être difficile pour les personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité : l'escalier est raide et étroit. Il n'y a plus de détecteurs de fumée dans l'escalier et l'appartement. Les emplacements existent mais pas de détecteurs.

Tres bel appartement qui mériterait des meilleures conditions d'accueil.

Appartement tres bien aménagé. Confortable et cosy. Décoré avec goût. Bien situé.

Informations peu claires au depart sur la nécessité de caution de 500€. Informations peu claires sur l'accès. Premier étage indiqué alors que l'appartement est au 2e. Comme le disent de nombreux commentaires, l'escalier est tres étroit et il faut faire attention en montée et en descente. Les bagages volumineux nécessitent des précautions. La lumière du palier ne fonctionnait pas rendant plus difficile la pratique de l'escalier.

-Posizione a meno di un km dal centro storico e stupendo castello di Amboise. - Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, bello e curato nei dettagli. - Wifi con buon raggio in tutta la casa. - Insonorizzazione molto buona. -Lingerie e asciugamani di buona qualità. - Parcheggio publico gratuito a 150 m. - Cucina luminosa con attrezzatura funzionante.

- Appartamento è un attico al 2 piano di un vecchio edificio, lungo la strada principale molto trafficata. -Non c'è possibilità di sosta breve per scaricare le valigie. -!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATTENZIONE !!!!!!!!!! Da nessuna parte viene precisato che l'appartamento è un attico e che può essere raggiunto solamente tramite una scalinata a chiocciola, molto stretta e ripida. Il proprietario volutamente omette questo importantissimo dettaglio quando promuove la sua struttura su booking. Per noi è stato impossibile portare i nostri effetti dentro l'appartamento , avendo una valigia grande. Abbiamo dovuto lasciarla dentro la macchina nel parcheggio incustodito, ritirando ogni giorno quello che ci occorreva. - A parte la scala molto impegnativa c'è anche il ruvido muro che la affianca, con pietre incastrate per dare l'idea di rustico, ma le pietre sono appuntite e taglienti e la scala molto stretta. Io mi sono fatta male appoggiandomi.Penso che è abbastanza rischioso anche per chi viaggia con bimbi che scendendo potrebbero inciampare e finire sbattendo la testa su queste pietre appuntite che sporgono e non poco. -La seconda scala che dirige alla porta della mansarda è un spazio chiuso che con il caldo di questi giorni si è trasformato in un forno con aria irrespirabile. Sotto la tendina del finestrino di questa seconda scalinata c'era un nido di vespe , che mi hanno aggredito appena mi sono avvicinata. - Si pubblicizza presenza di aria condizionata nella struttura. Purtroppo non è cosi, c'è un macchinario messo in un angolo nella stanza all'entrata che funziona ma riesce a rinfrescare solamente quella parte dell'appartamento. L'utilizzo è estremamente rumoroso ( sembra un treno) e il telecomando non ha batterie in dotazione - inutilizzabile. - Struttura in generale è pulita ma ci sono tanti ragni sui muri e sulle finestre in tutte le stanze. - Non c'è un congelatore , ma solo frigo.

Appartement très bien équipé et conforme au descriptif ! Bien placé à Amboise près des châteaux. Parking gratuit proche.

Petite surprise à notre arrivée car pas de clé dans la boîte à clef de l’entrée de l’immeuble. Problème vite résolu mais c’est désagréable. Le canapé convertible pas évident à mettre en place.

Bruit avec le dehors. Il faisait chaud donc nous avons dû laisser les velux ouverts. Et surtout le manque de confort des canapés convertibles. Poli n’avoir pas choisi un vrai canapé convertible？

Excellent séjour en couple à Amboise, je conseille vivement !

Proximité avec les commerces du centre-ville et bien situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. C’est un appartement très propre avec des pièces séparées, meublé avec goût et entièrement refait à neuf. Équipement complet : lave-vaisselle, four, linge de lit, linge de toilette, produit vaisselle, éponge, climatisateur, lave-linge, sèche-linge… on s’y sent comme à la maison. Parking tout proche gratuit. Communication parfaite avec Pierrick.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’extérieur n’est pas un problème, puisque l’on peut profiter des terrasses des bars à 5 min à pied. Donc, rien à dire !
