Good spacious location, but cold, no basic amenities (soap?) & be prepared to make your own beds

The location was ok, short 10-15 minute walk to Chateau de Amboise and the town center. The house is pretty and the living room/kitchen are large.

The property was very cold upon our arrival and we were told that the fireplace doesn't work. The booklet is asking you not to change the thermostats temperature for each room, however the host approved us to do it in the morning. We already had to the evening before because it was so cold in the house. There was no soap or shower gel provided and just a little bit of toilet paper. The beds were not even prepared for us, there were bed sheets and pillow cases left at the end of each bed to make it ourselves! Another down side is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were asked to strip the beds at the end, take out the trash etc - but if you're charging me a 79 EUR cleaning fee and I have to make and undo my own beds, what is the point of staying at your place? The property prices competes with hotels and much better places in the area. I don't think I'd return. I am not difficult to please, quite the contrary - I never really leave bad reviews. However, they could really, really make this property an excellent stay with just a little bit of investment per stay (3 EUR for a soap and gel shower??) but they choose not too. It's a shame, really.

Gîte de haute qualité, tout est neuf, tout fonctionne, tout est fonctionnel. rien à redire, l'emplacement est au coeur de la ville à proximité de tout et de toutes les visites, dans une petite rue très calme.

L'emplacement à deux pas du clos Lucé et du château d'Amboise. La possibilité de se garer devant le logement et de tout faire à pieds. Logement très joli et bien équipé. ( Le poêle à granulés ne fonctionne pas mais pas nécessairement chauffage électrique en fonction)

La propreté du logement. Le logement est très joli et bien équipé, c'est vraiment dommage qu'il n'était pas propre. La vaisselle était sale dans le placard, le micro-onde très sale, le sol pas lavé ( nous avons lavé le sol des deux étages, l'eau était noire pour chaque étage). La literie n'est pas du tout confortable

L'alloggio era perfetto, a due passi dal Château du Clos Lucé e a 10 minuti dal centro, la casa è luminosa, spaziosa, pulita accogliente e silenziosa, ideale per le famiglie, (noi eravamo 4), stra consigliato per soggiorni anche a lungo termine, noi abbiamo trascorso 3 notti. Veramente tutto perfetto

Moins de 2 min à pied du clos lucé, à peine 5min du château d’Amboise. Rue calme. Très spacieux, bien équipé.

PAS LOIN DU CENTRE VILLE ET DU CHATEAU LUCE

Difficulté pour récupérer les clés, le boitier se trouvant sous la boite aux lettres et assez bas, donc pas évident. Accès à la maison, seuil en pente pas évident pour les personnes en situation de mobilité réduite. Manque de rampe pour les escaliers - Par contre, la qualité des lits est à revoir. Le lit double, latte cassée d'origine, oreillers hypers mous. la qualité des lits valables pour tous les lits. C'est franchement très moyen. Il a été précisé papier toilette, il restait un demi rouleau ds les toilettes du haut et idem en bas. Normalement, on met un rouleau neuf et d'autres à disposition, au cas où. Nous étions 3 personnes.. Pas d'indication pour retirer nos poubelles. J'ai demandé à des voisins, ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait rien de spécial. Pas de containers, et rien de préciser sur l'annonce de réservation. J'ai eu la réponse à ma question, uniquement lorsqu'on était partie et lorsque j'ai lu mes emails.. au retour. MAIS TROP TARD, j'étais rentrée chez moi. IL SERAIT JUDICIEUX DE FAIRE UN BOOK AVEC TOUTES LES RECOMMANDATIONS ET CONSEILS

Evin 2 oda ve salon olması çok iyiydi. Mutfak olanakları gayet güzeldi. Merkezi bir konumda sayılır şehir merkezine yürüyerek gidilebilir bir mesafede.

Yataklar çok konforlu değil ve oldukça ince idi. Banyoda ve duşta el sabunu veya dus jeli yoktu. Ayrıca kağıt havlu yoktu, tuvalette kağıdı kısıtlıydi.

Maison chaleureuse et très bien placée

Logement spacieux et chaleureux avec son grand plan de travail qui fait également table, le grand canapé. La douche est grande et la pression au top. L'emplacement à 2 min à pied du Clos Lucé ou 10 minutes du centre-ville est un vrai avantage. Les rideaux occultants des velux fonctionnent très bien. Nuit noir et quartier calme: on dort très bien.

Rien. La ventilation est bruyante mais devrait être changée m'ont annoncé les hôtes, et cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du salon ou dormir dans les chambres.

Appartement très confortable,spacieux,propre moderne et très bien équipé. A deux pas du centre ville . Logement idéal pour un séjour court ou long sur Amboise.Je recommande vivement .
