Vacation Apartment 16 in the Residenz von Flotow vacation complex is a spacious 3-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and features two rooftop terraces. The floor is covered with modern designer flooring. In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs. The exclusive kitchenette offers everything you need: a ceramic cooktop (four burners), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a topper (180 cm x 200 cm). A wardrobe provides ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with natural light and a shower.
You can park your car safely in the designated outdoor parking space. A bicycle storage room is available in the building for bicycles. The washer and dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee. The beach is about 600 meters away.
