Spanning 65 m², the apartment features a combined living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The furnished terrace, facing south/west with a view of the greenery, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. A retractable awning and a beach chair are also available.
In the living area, a sleeper sofa and two armchairs invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and board games. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers space for shared meals. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a large closet, and a bunk bed for children. You can use curtains to block out the light.
The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink with an illuminated mirror, as well as a towel warmer and a hair dryer. A roller blind provides privacy here. The entire apartment, including the bathroom, has tile floors. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
