About this house rental
The "Carola" end-of-row vacation home has 120 m² of living space, spread across 3 floors and an outdoor area. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest restroom.
The lower bathroom and one bedroom were newly furnished and renovated in 2025.
All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet with plenty of storage.
One bathroom has a shower, and the other features a beautiful corner bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher).
The spacious living room features a comfortable seating and dining area, a radio, and a color TV, as well as a south/west-facing balcony.
The outdoor area includes a terrace with plenty of space to relax and two parking spaces in a row in front of the house. You are also welcome to use the garden area.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only outdoors.
A free Wi-Fi hotspot is available for your use.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
